Is there a set-up fee?


No. There is no set-up fee required to design and set up your WeChat store.




Do I need to give you my credit card details?


No. For the duration of the 14-day free trial, we do not require you to submit your credit card details. However, if you choose to launch your store at the end of the trial, you will have to provide your credit card details and pay.




How long are your contracts?


Our contracts are one-year long, with payments paid in three-month installments.




Are there any transaction fees?


Yes. We charge a 1.5% commission fee and a payments transactioin fee to take care of cross-border payments and settlements for you. The payments fee varies depending on the merchant's situation and where he/she is based.




How do I handle cross-border payments and settlements?


Azoya will handle cross-border payments and settlements for you. We will remit the funds back to your bank account, in your currency, on the same day.




How do I get my goods to China?
